Great value for money & comfortable rooms
The location is simply perfect - super close to the metro, very well surrounded by restaurants and shops - yet in a quiet alley. The rooms are very nice and significantly bigger and more modern than similar hotels - which is a plus. Overall very happy with our stay!
There is no staff on the property - which is a bit odd at checkin - but it makes it a bit more cumbersome to get help if needed. You have to write or call them and they will (eventually) send someone to check. It’s not the easiest sometimes.

Pleasant
The photos are of the room
No early check-in. Wouldn't even check me in at 2-30. Had to wait until 3pm WTAF. And the rooms were ready. There's a free use washer. Where another guest occupied both machines from about 3pm until 3am .. and when the washer and dryer were done stood in front for another twenty minutes until her friend came with more washing. No. Join the bloody queue of people behind you. Suggest getting a paid machine instead. I'm guessing she's running a launderette from the hotel Then after waiting until 5 am for my laundry... I was woken at 1030 with constant doorbell to be told to check out. Wtf. Check out is 12... Clearly in policy
